Have you ever been banned or warned for breaking a rule? Not at all, but came close to breaking a rule over TP timer for killing (didn’t happen but almost did). It was a dumb mistake that shall never be repeated again.
Do you have previous staff experience? Not on a MC server, but I have previously lead guilds and factions in other games, as well as helped with coalitions and unifications between factions, so I have a good idea of how to promote and incentivize healthy cooperation and how to strongly mediate between parties. I have also worked as head-staff in kitchens and other professional areas, as well as currently working as an teacher so I have plenty of patience to deal with people who may be troublesome as well as knowing how to accept and synthetize with opinions different of my own.
If you have had staff experience, what plugins do you have experience working with?:Probably can do /fly with some ease, but otherwise I am willing to learn any and all mechanics and plugins necessary to get the job done with aiding the players.
Why do you want to be a staff member?: This community has given me so much in the little time I have had with them that my desire is to give back to them. Being able to truly help the community and the rest of staff in times of need is what I am for. Helping coordinate/create events, aiding others in building and making so that everyone has an all-around enjoyable experience just makes playing on ToR that much better.
