I agree, ologhai are pretty devastating. 30 regular units vs 15 ologhai. I would put my money on ologhai everytime.
I think that 1 ologhai = 3 regular units is fair...since their hp is 80

I just did 10 different tests.
Ologhai raped every single time. Infact, not a single ologhai died in any test.
I event did a 12 v 4 and the ologhai killed all without dropping below 40 hp.
The only advantage good has is that rangers are invis. But this advantage is lost when a player hires them since the player has to move.
That and the ologhai's range is twice that of good melee units.
Edit: Although I imagine a player with either a flame ranged weapon or fire aspect weapon would change these results drastically.

Phoenix is totally right. An army of 30 swan knights and Rangers can easily demolish 15 Olog Hai.
easily is definitely stretching it. The battle would be much more even if it was 10 ologhai instead of 15 and ologhia being worth 3 spaces or if hurons were moved down to 1 space instead of 2 because they are worse in almost every aspect compared to ologhai.

Olog Hai are big fat turds that are easily manipulatable by enemies. Thus, if you play your cards right, they are easy to take down.
1 on 1 an Olog will always win. But ever heard of "brains over matter"? Making them worth 3 is reasonable, 5-7 is not.
yes it is very easy to manipulate ologhai (and they are tards just like any other npc in the game) on their own but if they are controlled by a player then this makes things very different. A sword of command can easily make the ologhai take out all your archers and then the melee troops wont stand a chance. The horn of summoning can take ologhai out of any traps you set for them and finally the ologhia crush large groups in pvp so they only way to beat them is have your melee units distract them and use ranged units. Plus if u check the rules ologhia are only worth 2 units and not 3. I would be ok if the limit was changed to 3 and Hurons remain at 2 . I would prefer though if the limit was completely removed and the price of the units was all that determined how many troops you can get because an ologhai is 3 to 4 times as expensive as a swan knight.

And yet, Olog-Hai are not nearly as OP as you seem to make them, Paladin. From a player standpoint, all you need is a nice vantage point and a good bow. From an NPC standpoint, all you need is some Swan Knights (which I've used a lot, and kicked a lot of ass with) and some archers. Olog Hai are big fat turds that are easily manipulatable by enemies. Thus, if you play your cards right, they are easy to take down.

You forgot that ologhai do area damage if ologhai did damage to 1 unit yes this would be right but ologhai can take out 3 units just as fast as they take out 1

Though I have no opinion on this topic, I agree with Lance that an Olog Hai is as good as 3 normal units.
