QUESTIONS:
What are some examples of your leadership and/or teamwork experiences? Either in real life or online.
I don't do much leadership, but working with a team is what I always did, often while doing my college degree, and at work now. I guess I do a little leadership on the server since I manage the two players who support my claim to Sicily. But anyway, leadership isn't important as staff I think, because our main concern is helping I think.
What do you excel at?
Electronics and microcontrollers integration. I mean, that was what I liked most in my degree, and it's really nice. Prog is fine too.
How familiar are you with the Lord of the Rings mod?
I've been playing it since beta 6, so I know quite a lot, but I still often use the mod wiki. Why try to know everything if I can find an answer in 10 seconds on the wikI.
What is an example of personal growth you have done recently?
I started going to the gym this fall. Health is important, and I was really slacking on that for a few years now before I started again. Also started going to work on my bike(In summer, -20 celsius is not fun on bike).
What is your role in the community, currently?
I'll try to answer questions if anyone is asking, but often someone else will already have answered, so I don't chat that much. I try to interact, but I don't talk often if I don't think I got anything useful to say.
The last time you found yourself in a disagreement with another player, how did you approach it?
I have not been in a disagreement with another player, I don't chat all that much and do not interact much, so I have no reason to be in a fight with anyone, and I hope nobody thinks they are in a fight with me. I think I was angry toward Stalone a few times, but hey, does not seem to matter anymore.
Naturally, not everything is perfect on TOR; what do you think needs improvement?
So everyone talks a bit about pvp here, I avoid pvp, so no opinion. I've often been playing at times when there was no staff on, and when you need fly, It's a bit annoying. So more staff I guess would be nice. I also think more events would be nice, but I understand that this is hard to do, and I don't know how much work that is, so I don't think y'all need my input on that. Maybe reusing old events more? Not all players have been on the server for years, so a lot of old and unused events might be recyclable.
I don't know really.
Lastly, what motivates you to continue playing and to apply to the staff team?
I play because I like what I've done until now on the server. I like my idea of Sicily, I hope to see it done one day. I also like seeing what others do, and the chat activity is often funny to look at, even if I don't interact much. I also want to help people and give fly to people who need it when I am playing.
